Joy Wellness Recipe - Healthy Raw Brownie


Easy-to-make, healthy, non added sugar brownie

 

Let's try to make this guilt free delicious desert!

Base ingredients:

Oats ( or muesli ) * 2 cups

Walnuts pieces * 1/2 cup

Big medjool dates * 2 ½ cups

Cocoa powder * 6 tbsp

Maple syrup * 2 tsp

Vanilla extract * 1 1/2 tsp

Sea salt * 1/8 tsp

Coconut oil * 2 tsp

Blend them all up in a blender and shape it into a square flat base in a pan. And place it into fridge to cool for 15 mins.

Top ingredients:

2 ripe big bananas

Big medjool dates * 2 ½ cups5-8 pieces

Cocoa powder * 1/2 cup

Sea salt * 1/8 tsp

Cashnuts * 1/2 cup

Vanilla extract * 1 1/2 tsp

Maple syrup * 1/2 cup

Coconut oil * 2 tsp

Blend them up in a blender, and pour it on the top of the brownie base. And place it into freezer for 20 mins. And it's ready to eat!
